Számlázz.hu connection setup
Setting up Számlázz.hu integration
ControlliQ provides one-way synchronization with the Számlázz.hu invoicing system. Outgoing invoices and bank transactions from Számlázz.hu are automatically imported into ControlliQ.
Where to find the settings
The Számlázz.hu settings are on the Integrations page. To access the Integrations page, click the company name in the left sidebar menu, then select Integrations from the dropdown. Scroll down to the Számlázz.hu settings section.
Step 1 — Generate a connection key in ControlliQ

Click the company name in the left sidebar, then select Integrations.

Scroll down to the Számlázz.hu settings section.

Click the Generate Key button (circular arrow icon).

Confirm the generation in the dialog.

Copy the generated key using the Copy key button (clipboard icon).
Step 2 — Configure the connection in Számlázz.hu

Log into your Számlázz.hu account.

Navigate to Settings > Account settings > Online financial data connection (Beállítások > Fiók beállításai > Online pénzügyi adatkapcsolat).

In the Set up new connection section, select ControlliQ as the target system.

Paste the copied connection key.

Under Invoices, check Send invoices and set your preferred start date.

Under Bank transactions, check the option and set a start date.

Save the settings.
Note: ControlliQ does not currently handle receipts — only invoices and bank transactions are imported.
Important
The connection key is generated once and cannot be changed afterwards. Keep it secure.
