ControlliQ's AI automatically categorizes new invoices based on previous settings.
How does it work?

When an invoice first arrives from a partner, you manually set the cost center and job number.

The system remembers this setting.

Next time an invoice arrives from the same partner, the AI automatically assigns the same cost center and job number.

You can always override the suggestion.
Learning
The AI continuously learns from your settings. The more invoices you categorize, the more accurate the automatic categorization becomes.
