1 credit = 1 invoice processing or matching. Synchronization (NAV, Billingo, Számlázz.hu, manual upload) is FREE. Only AI-based processing costs credits. Credits renew monthly depending on your plan, and one-time credit packs never expire.
ControlliQ syncs with the NAV Online Invoice system every 5 minutes. It automatically downloads incoming and outgoing invoice header and line item data. You need to upload the invoice image and categorize it the first time (cost center, job code). After that, the AI automatically categorizes invoices from the same partner.
Billingo sync is one-way: it automatically imports outgoing invoices issued in Billingo along with their invoice images into ControlliQ. No manual copying needed.
We offer three subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) with different AI credit amounts. You can also purchase one-time credit packs that never expire.

Yes! ControlliQ supports multi-company management. You can switch between your companies from a single account, and each company's data is kept separate.
VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) is the EU VAT number verification system. ControlliQ automatically verifies partners' EU VAT numbers and community taxpayer status.
Each company gets a unique email address in ControlliQ. Forward your incoming invoices to this address, and the system automatically processes them with AI — data extraction, categorization, and validation in one step.
