Importing outgoing invoices
Importing Billingo invoices
After setting up Billingo sync, the system automatically imports outgoing invoices into ControlliQ.
What does it import?
•Invoice data — Invoice number, partner, dates, amounts, line items.
•Invoice image — The original invoice PDF is automatically downloaded.
•Payment status — If you mark an invoice as paid in Billingo (even through Billingo's bank sync), the payment status is automatically synced to ControlliQ as a recorded transaction.
Sync schedule
Billingo sync runs regularly and imports new invoices, as well as updating the payment status of existing ones. Synchronization is free — it doesn't use AI credits.
Categorization
You can categorize imported outgoing invoices (cost center, job number) just like any other invoice. AI auto-categorization works here too.
