The company group feature shows the data of several of your companies aggregated: total income, expenses, result, VAT position, receivables, plus a consolidated profit and loss statement. The feature is part of the Gold plan and lives at the top of the left menu, in the Company group section under the Dashboard, with two menu items: My company groups (management) and Group report (aggregated data). The section (and the dashboard group card) only appears when you have access to at least two Gold-plan companies.

The My company groups page shows all your groups in a card view: each card displays the group color, owner, member companies and the current-month aggregated result.

Only companies you have access to, that are on the Gold plan and are not yet members of another group can be added. A company can belong to only one group at a time. From the card you can open the Report, and the owner can edit or delete the group.

If you can see multiple groups, use the Switch group button in the report header to move between them.

When the active company belongs to a group, a group card appears on the Dashboard with the group's monthly aggregated figures and a link to the report. In the top-left company switcher, companies belonging to the same group appear together under the group's name, marked with the group color.

The company remains a member of the group but is excluded from the aggregated numbers — it is marked with a warning on the page until it returns to the Gold plan.
