Import/Export
Importing/Exporting cost centers and job numbers
If you have many cost centers or job numbers, you can bulk import and export them.
Import
You can import cost centers and job numbers from CSV files. The CSV file must have a name column containing the names.
To import, click the import button on the cost centers or job numbers list page. After the file is processed, the system displays the items to be imported, where you can review and confirm them.
Export
You can export existing cost centers and job numbers in Excel (XLSX) or CSV format, for example to transfer to another system or for archiving. To export, select the desired items and choose export from the bulk actions.
