Monthly credits
Monthly credit allowance
Every subscription plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits automatically renew each month.
Credit usage
•1 credit = 1 AI processing — One invoice's AI-based data extraction and processing.
•AI assistant — Each question you send uses 0.25 credits (4 questions ≈ 1 credit).
•AI executive report — Generating one PDF report costs 5 credits. If the AI analysis does not come through, the report is free.
•Free operations — NAV sync, Billingo sync, manual upload (without image), categorization, on-screen reports, exports.
Credit balance
You can see your current credit balance by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner — it appears in the dropdown menu.
Credit expiration
Monthly credits expire at the next renewal — unused credits don't carry over to the next month. However, one-time credit packs never expire.
