Automatic NAV sync
After setting up the NAV connection, ControlliQ automatically synchronizes invoices with the NAV system every 5 minutes.
What does it sync?
•Incoming invoices — Header data and line items of invoices addressed to the company.
•Outgoing invoices — Header data and line items of invoices issued by the company.
Important notes
•NAV only provides invoice data (header and line items) — not the invoice image.
•The invoice image (PDF) needs to be uploaded manually or attached automatically via email import.
•Synchronization is free — it doesn't use AI credits.
•During the first sync, historical invoices are also downloaded.
