Managing job numbers
Job numbers
Job numbers enable project-level tracking. Each job number represents a project or assignment.
Creating a job number

Navigate to Master Data > Job Numbers.

Click the New job number button.

Enter the job number name. This field is freely editable, so you can also include a code (e.g. "P-2026-042 Website redesign").

Optionally assign one or more cost centers to the job number — linked cost centers are automatically assigned on invoices.

Click Create.
Project profitability
Based on revenues and expenses assigned to job numbers, ControlliQ automatically calculates project profitability. You can view this in the Reports menu.
