Dashboard overview
Dashboard
The dashboard is the ControlliQ home page that provides an instant overview of your company's financial position.
Summary cards
Three main summary cards are displayed at the top of the page:
•Operating result — Shows annual revenues, expenses and the calculated result, so you can see your company's current profitability at a glance.
•VAT position — Displays the monthly outgoing and incoming VAT amounts along with the VAT balance, helping you track VAT payable or reclaimable.
•Liabilities — Summarises receivables and payables, together with the working capital difference, giving an overview of the company's financial position.
Income and expenses chart
Below the summary cards, a monthly chart visualises the annual cash flow. The chart uses separate colours to mark the result, revenues, payable expenses and already paid expenses, making it easy to track financial trends.
Navigation
From the left menu you can access all features: in the Documents group you'll find Invoices and Other expenses/revenues; in the Master Data group you'll find Partners, Wallets, Cost centers and Job numbers; in the System group you'll find User management; as well as the Reports (P&L, Project Profitability) page.
