Subscription and trial
Subscription plans
After registering your company, the application directs you to the plan selection page where you can choose the subscription that best fits your needs. The monthly fee has two components: the plan base fee and the fee for the monthly AI credit allowance you choose.
Available plans
Choosing your credit allowance
On the Silver and Gold plans you pick your monthly AI credit amount from a dropdown when subscribing. The allowance resets every billing cycle, and you can change its size at any time — the price difference is prorated and settled on your next invoice. If you occasionally need more credits, you can also buy one-time credit packs that never expire.
Free trial
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial during which you can try the full functionality of the platform without any restrictions. You can cancel your subscription free of charge at any time before the trial period ends.
Payment process
After selecting a plan, you will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page where you can enter your bank card details and billing address. Payments are processed exclusively via bank card.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription by clicking your company name in the left sidebar menu, then navigating to My Subscription. Here you can change plans, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription. An electronic invoice is automatically issued monthly for the subscription fee.
