AI-powered invoice processing
ControlliQ's core feature is AI-powered automatic invoice processing, using OCR and AI Vision technology.
How does it work?

Upload — The invoice PDF arrives (manually, via email, or through sync).

OCR + AI Vision — The AI reads and interprets the invoice content.

Data extraction — The AI extracts all relevant data: invoice number, dates, amounts, VAT, partner data, line items. It also recognises the billing period — filling Period start / Period end from both explicit ranges ("Billing period: 2026-04-01 – 2026-04-30") and implicit references ("April invoice", "Q2 2026", "for 2026").

Validation — The system verifies the consistency of extracted data.

Auto categorization — If the partner's previous invoices were already categorized, the AI automatically assigns the cost center and job number.
Accuracy
AI processing works with 99%+ accuracy. You can always review the extracted data and modify it if needed.
Credit usage
Each AI processing uses 1 credit. Synchronization (NAV, Billingo) and manual upload are free — you only pay for AI processing.
